Look, a new entry!
Jan. 4th, 2005 06:25 pmBeen a while. Let's see:
I have a job for next year! I'll be at the College again, in curriculum support (ie. the kids with learning difficulties). Should be interesting.
Books read - Family Trade by Charles Stross, most of The Algebraist by Iain Banks, Stiff: the Curious Lives of Human Cadavers by Mary Roach. All excellent.
Movies seen - Garden State, The Incredibles, Finding Neverland. Likewise.
Time off - little. The bookshop has eaten the time the school freed up. I've had about five days off, and never in a row. All the time I've had has (naturally, given the time of year) gone to family commitments of one sort or another.
It's now four days till my birthday, and a bit over two weeks until the first anniversary of Marla's death.
